All 182 spacious guest rooms and suites offer terraces and
spectacular sea views. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with
24-hour reception. Facilities include air conditioning, a hotel
safe, currency exchange, a newspaper stand, hairdressing salon,
Internet access (for a fee), room service, a laundry service (for a
fee) and a car park. A selection of restaurants and bars provide an
array of dining options.
Rooms
The breathtaking French-designed rooms with an Oriental touch and
limited sea views come with a king-size bed or twin beds, a private
balcony, 23-inch LCD TV with satellite/cable channels, an in-room
safe and a minibar. High-speed Internet access (for a fee), tea and
coffee making facilities, and individually regulated air
conditioning also feature. Guests also have the choice of smoking
or non-smoking rooms.
Restaurant & Food
VIE, the Asian fusion restaurant on site, is the first of its kind
in Dahab and is the signature à la carte restaurant of
the resort. Sea Breeze Restaurant is a relaxed international buffet
restaurant, serving buffets for breakfast and dinner. Moreover,
guests can dine in outdoor and indoor settings and enjoy the
spectacular live cooking station. The Sails is a beach bar and
restaurant, located directly on the beach, serving lunch and
seasonal dinners with grilled dishes. Horizons Bar is an evening
cocktail bar with a daily live entertainment and a Wii games area
available for adults.
Activities & Sport
The hotel's amenities include a shopping arcade. On-site
recreational offerings include a surfing, windsurfing and diving
centre with banana boating (for a fee), two tennis courts, five
swimming pools including children's swimming area and saltwater
pool, a manmade lagoon, pool/snooker, a hot tub, basketball courts
and the Kids Penguin Club. The resort offers a daily activities
programme that includes the following: beach volleyball, water
aerobics, scuba diving and table tennis. It also provides a gym
with fantastic sea views between the kids' club and diving centre.
The gym contains treadmills, bicycles and cross trainers and is
open 24 hours using the guest key card. There are also male and
female saunas, a steam room and hot tub in the main pool area. Sun
loungers with parasols are also laid out in the resort and on the
rocky beach. Guests can also enjoy a massage and there is an
entertainment programme for adults.
