Merpati Nusantara Airlines, is an airline in Indonesia based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. It is a major domestic airline operating scheduled services to more than 25 destinations in Indonesia, as well as scheduled international services to East Timor and Malaysia.

• Economy Class: Free baggage up to 20 kg. Light snacks and drinks served in box. No entertainment on board.
• Premium Class: Free baggage up to 25 kg. Hot meals and drinks service available on board. Big screen television available as in flight entertainment.
• Business Class: Free Baggage up to 30 kg. The business class cabin comes with better seating and wider leg room. High quality of meals and drinks are offered on board. 

• Each passenger is allowed to bring 1 (one) cabin baggage (unchecked baggage) by size of height 56 cm, width 23 cm, and long 36 cm; and can be stored under a seat or cabin baggage with a maximum weight of 5 kg
• Each passenger is entitled to free checked baggage as follows:
  • Business Class (C): 30 kg
  • Premium Class (I): 25 kg
  • Economy Class (Y): 20 kg
  • Propeller Aircraft (50 seaters): 15 kg
  • Propeller II (20 seaters): 10 kg

Merpati provides on board shopping service for passengers who want to buy gift and souvenirs. Entertainment system available for Business and Premium class only. 

• Check in counters open 2 hours prior to flight departure, you are expected to check in at least 1 hour prior to flight departure
• Check in closed 30 minutes prior to flight departure
• Passenger should be in waiting room at least 30 minutes prior to flight departure. If passenger do not show until final call, the boarding process will be closed and the passenger might miss their flight
• Online check-in available from 12 to 5 hours prior to departure.

• Change name can be done only if the passenger have not made payment yet.
• Change of flight schedules can be done in accordance with the conditions of ticket purchased. Read the ticket rules carefully.
• Change made within 48 hours before departure will be charged 25% from the ticket price.
• Cancellation made within 48 hours before departure will be charged 50% from the ticket price.
