Surrounded by 35,000 hectares of African bush land, guests here may enjoy fabulous views of the Big Five. This hotel comprises a total of 10 luxury chalets (5 per chalet), 4 king-size chalets (2 per chalet) and 6 double chalets (3 per chalet). Additionally on offer here are a lounge, a curio shop, a private helicopter and six fixed wing charters.All rooms afford a view of the Waterberg and each chalet comes with a private veranda/roof terrace. The rooms comprise an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, an additional outdoor shower, ceiling fans as well as tea and coffee making facilities.There is a swimming pool available for use in the outdoor complex. Each camp features water holes, where guests are able to view the thirsty wildlife.It is possible to dine in the bush.By air: There is a landing strip that serves both Shidzidzi and Nungubane. By road: From Johannesburg take the N1 in the direction of Pietersburg until the Krankskop Toll Plaza. At the Toll Plaza follow the Nylstroom off ramp. Continue through Nylstroom, until reaching the main gate of Vaalwater - 26 km from Vaalwater. Do not enter the main gate, but continue until the Schoongelegen turn off. Turn left on to Schoongelegen and follow the sand road until West Gate (16.5 km). Enter at the West Gate and park your car. Guests will be transported to the hotel by means of a special vehicle.
