Built in 2011, the family-friendly aparthotel is made up of 79 furnished accommodation units and guests are sure to appreciate the wide range of amenities and services available free of charge, such as wireless Internet access and a weekly maid service. There is also a lobby with lift access to the upper floors, and several supplementary services to make any stay a smooth one, such as a breakfast room, laundry facilities and a car park (fees apply).

The studios are fully equipped and feature a living room with either a convertible sofa bed that sleeps 2, a double bed, or 2 twin beds, and an LCD flat-screen TV. There is also an office area with a direct dial telephone and Internet access, a fully equipped kitchen with glass-ceramic hobs, a fridge, microwave and dishes, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

Reception is open from Monday to Sunday from 7 am until 9:30 pm. For guests arriving outside reception hours, there is an automatic key distribution machine. Housekeeping is carried out on a weekly basis.

By car, take the exit for Porte d'Italie or Porte d'Ivry off the 'Boulevard Périphérique', then at Porte de Choisy take the RN 305 to the residence.
