This hotel overlooks its own sandy beach on the shores of the Red Sea. It is situated beside Makadi Bay, near to the rough mountains of the Eastern Arabian desert and around 30 km south of Hurghada.

The hotel combines an inspiring mixture of luxurious elegance, Arabian architecture and contemporary design. It comprises a total of 313 double rooms and 4 suites. Facilities include: a bar, dining and conference facilities, a kids club, a playground and a nightclub.

Rooms
All rooms come with a satellite TV, a mini fridge and a safe deposit box as standard, as well as their own balcony or terrace.

Restaurant & Food
There are various restaurants for guests to enjoy. El Sayadeia restaurant is an indoor/outdoor restaurant known for its lavish buffets. Arabesque restaurant offers typical Egyptian cuisine. Terassina restaurant is located by the pool. Zenzana bar is situated in the lobby. El Sokkareia is a fun pub which has its own fountain. El Sarab tower has a panoramic view of Makadi Bay, offering sunsets to remember. The pool bar overlooks the pool. The beach restaurant and bar offer a wonderful sea view.

Activities & Sport
The hotel has 2 large swimming pools, one of which is heated during the winter, as well as a children's pool. There are many activities available for guests including: water polo, beach volleyball, table football, bocce, ground chess, table tennis, darts, a Jacuzzi, aerobics and a gym (all free of charge). For an additional fee guests can make use of the aqua centre or go canoeing, horse/camel riding, quad-biking, enjoy massage treatments and play tennis or snooker. More adventurous guests can try diving, snorkelling, windsurfing and sailing.

The mini-club opens daily with supervised childcare. Barracuda is the hotel's conference room which can accommodate up to 70 people in a cinema style auditorium.
