The hotel is located in Kumyali village, around a 2-minute walk from the centre and approximately 3 km from the beach.

The hotel, which is located in the occupied Koma tou Yialou village, has been under construction since last year (2008) and has just been opened, introducing the Karpass Peninsula to the first Italian group of travellers. The hotel officials strive to maintain high standards at the establishment. The eco-hotel features 10 rooms with a 20-bed capacity and is air-conditioned. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service as well as currency exchange facilities. A children's playground is available for younger guests, and older guests can relax in the hotel's bar or restaurant. Business travellers will appreciate the conference facilities and Internet access (for a fee). There is a car park for travellers with their own vehicle and a bicycle hire service (for a fee) for those looking to explore the local area on two wheels.

Rooms
All of the hotel's guestrooms have special names. The interiors of the rooms have been decorated with traditional furniture, characteristic of Cyprus. All rooms have showers, individually regulated air conditioning, satellite TV and hairdryers. The en suite rooms feature a double bed as standard, plus a mini fridge and a balcony or terrace.

A breakfast buffet is served and there are à la carte options at lunch and dinner time.

Activities & Sport
The hotel comprises a medium-sized outdoor swimming pool for adults and a play pool swimming area for kids. For relaxation and recreation there is also a sun terrace, and for a fee guests can enjoy waterskiing, jet skiing, motor boating, banana boating and sailing. Beach volleyball is available as is biking (for a fee). There is a sandy beach close to the establishment.
