The villa hotel is the creation of a Cypriot sculptor, Andreas Limbourides, offering high-standard, stylish and cosy accommodation. The villas are built on a private area directly on the beach with private pools and private parking place for each villa. Renovated in 2008, the family-friendly hotel offers a total of 27 rooms in 9 villas.

All rooms are very simple and pleasant and decorated with natural colours. They offer large, spacious en suite bathrooms with shower and bedrooms with double or king-size bed. The open-plan seating, dining and kitchen area is equipped with TV, radio, fridge, cooker and microwave. The villas are fitted with individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

The residence features an outdoor saltwater swimming pool. Free parasols and sun loungers are provided at the private beach.

Reception desk hours are from 9 am to 12 pm and from 4 pm to 6 pm (hours subject to change).

From Larnaca airport, take the motorway toward Ayia Napa-Paralimni. After Xilofagou village (approximately 40 km) take the exit Liopetri-Frenaros-Vrisoulles-Potamos. At Liopetriou, turn left and again left toward Ayia Thekla. In 800 m on the right the villas can be found (on the main road there is a mini-market).
