There are studios and apartments of varying sizes. Most studios have 2 sofa beds in the living room, a room with a bunk bed at the entrance, open kitchen and bathroom. The apartments have 1 or 2 rooms, a sofa bed in the living room, a room with bunk bed at the entrance (depending on the size), open kitchen and bathroom. A full kitchen with fridge, bedding, towels, TV and cleaning service are included in the price. Heating is individually regulated.

Check-in is from 5 to 8 pm (outside of these hours upon request) and check-out is until 10 am. There is a compulsory deposit payable upon arrival which is returned upon leaving the residence. Pets, parking and cleaning services require an extra payment at the reception.
