The hotel is situated in the central Plaza de la Victoria. The Giralda, the Cathedral and the Alcazar Palace are located about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Across the street you will find the clothes department of the El Corte Ingles as well as a variety of trendy shops. Within meters of the hotel there are restaurants, a tapas bar and cafes.

Renovated in 2001, the hotel includes 100 modern rooms spread over 7 floors, of which 32 are single rooms and 68 are double rooms. Guests may dine in the hotel's an air-conditioned restaurant and make use of the room and laundry services.

Rooms
All rooms have 32 inch LCD TV with digital channels, free wifi internet, air conditioning and heating, free safe, double glazing sales for soundproofing, minibar, telephone, laminated flooring and bathroom. Complete renovation of all rooms in early 2012.
