The hotel comprises 3 floors with lift access. Downstairs there is a living room with a TV, board games and tourist information. A hotel safe is also provided and food and drink are served at the restaurant. Guests can stay connected thanks to the wireless Internet access. A car park is provided for those arriving with vehicles, and there is a bicycle hire service provided.

The double rooms come with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom. The triple and quadruple rooms have an en suite bathroom and bunk beds. The studio rooms have a capacity up to 5 people with twin beds, a double bed and a double sofa bed, plus an en suite bathroom and a kitchenette with a stove, microwave and fridge. The en suite bathrooms come with a shower and bath. There are also 3-bedroom apartments for up to 12 people which offer a TV, heating and soundproof windows. A hairdryer also features, as does individually regulated air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.

A continental breakfast is served in the morning and a set menu dinner in the evening.

For an additional fee guests can go biking in the surrounding area.

By car from Andorra La Vella, take the road towards La Massana, Ordino (CG4); follow the road to Ordino, and take the Arcalis road (CG3). After 3km you will reach La Cortinada. Guests will find the hotel almost at the end of the town.
