The hotel, a unique and beautifully restored boutique Art Deco landmark, is the quintessential Miami Beach experience. Dating back to 1919, it is the only boutique hotel in the area with its own pool area and daily turn-down service. It is designed to provide the conveniences of home. There are 39 rooms in total. The hotel is air-conditioned and has a lobby, 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access, a café, bar, restaurant, conference facilities, Internet access and room and laundry services. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.

Suites have fully-equipped kitchenettes and kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances, Italian marble bathrooms, plush robes, ironing equipment and high-speed Internet access. Intimately decorated, the Junior Suite and 1-bed rooms are fully furnished and come with a spacious sitting area for complete relaxation and a marble bathroom with upscale amenities. A hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a minibar, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, individually regulated air conditioning and heating, a safety deposit box and either a balcony or a terrace are also provided. A radio, hifi and an ironing set come as standard.

A major credit card must be presented at check-in to request a two hundred dollar (USD 200) per day authorisation for incidentals. If the guest chooses to present a debit card, that amount will immediately be deducted from the account, and the unused portion will not be returned by the bank until 72 hours after check-out.
