The 1,362 nautically themed guestrooms at the Marriott San Diego Hotel and Marina are located in two 25-story towers. Rooms in the towers differ slightly (all rooms in the North Tower have unfurnished balconies; South Tower rooms do not), but most amenities are the same. Rooms feature Marriott's Revive Collection bedding: 300-thread-count cotton linens with white-and-beige design; down duvet with cotton cover, freshly laundered for each guest; six down pillows, including bolster; and a separate mattress topper. A complimentary newspaper is delivered Monday,Friday, and nightly turndown service is available on request. Smoking is not permitted inside hotel rooms.
