The hotel offers a total of 51 guestrooms spread over 3 floors. The facilities also include a lobby with a large reception area an air-conditioned bar with Sky Sports, an à la carte restaurant with highchairs, a dining room and a conference room as well as wireless Internet access in all public areas free of charge. Room and laundry services are also available for an added fee. A car park may also be used by guests arriving by car (free of charge).

The rooms have a tiled en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and ironing equipment available on request. The heating is centrally regulated.

A continental breakfast is available to guests each morning. In the evenings guests may dine à la carte or chose from the set menu. It is possible to book a half-board or full-board stay.

Parking is free for all guests during their stay at the hotel.

If arriving from the M42 motorway, take the A45, exit 6 towards Birmingham. Then take a left in Yardley, opposite the Swan shopping centre, and follow the signs towards Acocks Green on Yardley Road. Take the first exit at the roundabout and continue along Yardley Road until reaching Sherbourn Road. The hotel is located on the left-hand side of Sherbourn Road, soon after Acocks Green train station. From here, guests are able to catch the train straight into Birmingham.
