Set in the upper 2 floors of a traditional Victorian public house, this comfortable hotel combines a peaceful location with a homely atmosphere, as well as offering easy access to central London. Housing a typical East London pub on the ground floor, visitors can experience a true feeling of East London life and the inhabitants that live in this multi-cultural area. The establishment dates back to 1930 and comprises a total of 15 guest rooms. It features a lobby, a games room, a TV lounge, a bar and a pub.

All rooms are simply decorated and in good condition. Every room is equipped with it's own fridge, microwave, and toaster. The hotel offers ample shared bathroom facilities.

Guests can while away a pleasant evening in the pub downstairs and possibly play a traditional game of darts or pool, or maybe watch some sports on the big screen.

Guests can check in between 12 noon and 11.45 pm. Guests are required to check out by 11 am on the day of their departure.

By train: On exiting Forest Gate station, cross over the road at the traffic lights and turn left, then take the 1st right (Sebert Road). There is a taxi office at the beginning of Sebert Road and guests can take a taxi from here to the hotel. Alternatively, they can walk down Sebert Road until the crossroads, then turn left into Tynley Road. The hotel is on the corner of the next junction between Godwin Road and Tynley Road. By car: Take the A118 Romford Road. At the junction with Woodgrange Road, with the Princess Alice pub on the corner, turn into Woodgrange Road. Go over the bridge at Forest Gate station, then turn into Sebert Road.
