The hotel enjoys a privileged location in the city centre as part of one of the most exclusive commercial areas. It is approximately 15 min from the Santa Cruz district, where to visit the Cathedral and the Giralda. At 400 m to the Santa Justa train station with convenient access to the city via the AVE high-speed rail system. With a metro station just 200 meters from the hotel, right next to the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan. The airport is a 10-minute drive.

The hotel is one of the biggest in Seville with a wide range of services to meet the needs of its customers. It was the first hotel in Spain to obtain the ISO 9002 quality certification from AENOR (Spanish member of the International Organization for Standardization). The hotel offers the modern bar 'April Bar' and 'April Discotheque', which with their outdoor terraces are amongst the most glamorous meeting points in Seville. This hotel comprises a total of 437 rooms spread over 12 floors, of which 45 are single rooms, 386 are double rooms and 6 are suites. The hotel offers guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, safe, currency exchange facility, café and TV room. The à la carte restaurant invites guests to stop off for a bite to eat.
