This apartment complex is located next to the mall Myramar, in 1,5 km from Fuengirola and only 350 m from the beach.

The hotel was built in 2001 and consists of 140 apartments on 6 floors. The hotel facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, 2 elevators, bar-cafeteria, restaurant and recreational area. On the lower ground floor overlooking the courtyard lies the buffet restaurant.
