This hotel is located in Old San Juan, only a few paces away from San Juan harbour. San Juan airport is roughly 9 km away, the Condado region is some 16 km from the hotel and El Yunque may be reached within a 45-minute drive. Right in front of the hotel's entrance guests will find the town's restaurants, shops, galleries, cinemas and nightlife spots.

Opened in 1998, this complex became a Sheraton Hotel in 2004 after complete modernisation. It offers an excellent location and European charm. This establishment comprises 204 refurbished rooms and suites as well as an excellent lobby restaurant, a bar, a newspaper stand and a casino. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour check in service, air conditioning, a cloakroom and a lift. It is also possible to take advantage of the hotel's room service (charges apply) and parking spaces.
