On Bealey Avenue, approximately 15 minute walk to Cathedral Square, the centre of the city. A clean and simple hotel in the central suburbs of Christchurch. A friendly atmosphere, good value. Currently part of the hotel is being re-built following 2011 Earthquake. Some noise and construction disturbance is taking place during daylight hours.
Exterior: A modern three story building. There are no elevators in the hotel.
Lobby: A small functional lobby.

Rooms
There are 66 rooms in a variety of bedding configurations, twin, triple and quad. They are simply decorated but recently refurbished and include sky tv, radio and direct dial phones. All rooms also feature either a balcony or a door leading on to the gardens and lawns.

Restaurant & Food
There is a Speight's alehouse pub and restaurant located adjoining the hotel which serves meals throughout the day. A great way to meet some of the locals.
