Exterior: The hotel avoided using cement as it aimed to follow the Lao traditional style. The main construction materials are chopped straw, lime neutralized by turmeric, cane juice, latex and bamboo. The light yellow color of the building is also from the local clay. This traditional construction methods which called "Fa Tok See".
Lobby: The lobby is small sized with limited seat, has a cozy atmosphere.

All Rooms are traditionally Lao theme, yet subtly maintain the highest of western standards. Each room is well-equipped with complete facilities, decorated in genuine Laotian style with wooden furniture and elaborately carved woodwork. They also have a private balcony which will ensure a smooth vacation. Deluxe and Deluxe River view rooms have shower only, meanwhile Premier Riverview rooms come with bathtub.
