This pleasant youth hotel enjoys a peaceful location on the outskirts of Rome. There are many shopping venues as well as countless bars to be found in the vicinity and it is just 100 m to the nearest links to the public transport network. There is also a new underground station named "CONCA D'ORO" 350 mt far from the hotel. There is a nightclub 1 km away and Fiumicino airport is some 45 minutes away whilst Ciampino is 30 minutes drive away.

The hotel offers also a solarium, fitness area and a sauna.
Exterior: This is a typical and traditional villa-style Roman building of the 18th century, with a facade that is partly yellow and white. The entrance of the hotel respects the architectural style of the building.
Lobby: The lobby is small in size, furnished in a modern and minimalist style, with a marble floor and dark sitting area in front of the reception desk. Everything is equipped in a good and comfortable style. The American bar is in front of the reception and sitting area, and its appointments respect the modern style of the rest of the area.

Rooms
Rooms are medium in size, furnished in a good style with wooden furniture and white walls and decorated with pictures. All rooms are equipped with modern comforts, and most of them also have balconies.

Restaurant & Food
The hotel has a breakfast room only, situated in a pleasant veranda surrounded by evergreen plants, with wooden furnishings.
