These are fully equipped, autonomous villas of the highest quality, complete holiday homes and are suitable for families or couples who are looking for a long, luxurious stay near the sea in one of the most interesting areas of Zakynthos.
Exterior: The newly built villas are made of stone in the traditional way, with wooden balconies and tiled roofs. Each has a private pool with deck and a small garden with parking space for the guests' cars.
Lobby: The lobby is where you will be checked in and collect your keys. You may also book transfers to and from the airport or port and arrange a massage or hairdresser, all at an additional charge.

Each villa is 120 m² and consists of a ground floor and a 1st floor. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a fireplace and a luxurious bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer. The 1st floor area has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 spacious bathrooms, one of them with a hot tub. All 11 villas are luxuriously furnished and can comfortably sleep up to 6 persons. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access and a safe. The kitchen has a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Furthermore, a washing machine, an ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard. The accommodation also features either a large balcony or a terrace.

There's no restaurant as such, however a fully customizable continental breakfast can be served to each villa upon request at an additional charge.

This villas have their private outdoor swimming pool and garden with a sun terrace and sun loungers and parasols. Moreover, sun loungers and parasols are available for hire on the sandy beach.

The 5* rating is pertaining to a National Tourism Organization categorization for self-catering villas and shouldn't be confused with the 5* hotel category, that usually involves different minimum requirements for departments and services. However it means that the villas are top of the range in self-catering accommodation.
