The hotel is located in a pleasant wooded area, close to a lake just off the main road around Tours close to the A10 motorway. It is a good 15 minute drive to the city centre. It is linked directly to the Espace Malraux conference facility. 5 kms to city centre 20 kms to the airport (orly) 250 kms to the airport (orly) 6 km to the nearest station (tours centre) Close to the trade fair ground (parc des bretonnieres)

Although located quite a way from the city centre , this hotel offers good accommodation and excellent leisure facilities.
Exterior: A modern facade making extensive use of smoked glass, steel and concrete.
Lobby: The small lobby enjoys natural daylight thanks to the wide windows overlooking the carpark. The deco is based on dark, warm colours which give quite a welcoming feeling.

Rooms
The rooms are decorated to a good standard and benefit from contemporary furnishings. Although the rooms are not large, there is more than enough space to feel very comfortable. The colour scheme is based on warm, citrus shades.

Restaurant & Food
The breakfast room with terrace is located at the rear of the reception area which allowed a natural daylight. This, along with the bar area in front of the reception desk, is used as a restaurant area for lunch and dinner.

Activities & Sport
Guests can relax in the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and solarium, or work out in the in-house gym.
