The refurbished hotel is situated in a quiet and prestigious residential area, within walking distance of the historic centre of the amazing Czech capital. The ideal location of the hotel near the National Gallery, the National Technical Museum and 2 well-known parks make it a popular retreat from hectic urban life. Guests will find restaurants just 200 metres from the hotel, a tram stop 400 m away, the Palladium shopping centre 1.7 km away and the main train station approximately 5 km away. The charming city hotel is approximately a 20-minute walk from the historical city centre and its many attractions, such as Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. Prague-Ruznye International airport is around 12 km from the family-friendly business hotel.

The famous artists Jan and Pravoslav Kotik provided the inspiration for this design hotel, which was just recently designed and built by the architect Martin Kotik. A long artistic family tradition manifests itself in this hotel. Each floor of the 6-storey building presents a thematic mini collection of works by the Kotiks, by Pavel Stecha, who is famous for his photographs of architectural details, and by Pavel Roucka, a painter and graphic artist. Built in 1930, the air-conditioned hotel offers 24 rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and lift access. Further facilities include a bar and restaurant, conference facilities, room service and a laundry service.

Rooms
Some rooms feature very nice views of Prague and parts of the hotel's garden. All rooms delight with luxurious and modern interiors and an uniquely designed bathroom with modern furnishings and a shower and bathtub. Each room features a double or king-size bed, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.
