reception, a currency exchange, a café, a nightclub, an auditorium,
a casino, a games room and a restaurant, as well as offering
conference facilities, Internet access (charges apply), room and
(for an additional fee) laundry services.
Rooms
There are 308 spacious, elegantly decorated Junior Suites and 2
luxurious Master Suites with in-room Jacuzzi, of which 39 are
bungalows and several have interconnecting rooms. The Royal Service
Suites enjoy private check-in/out, butler and concierge services,
including reservations for spa facilities, water sports, golf,
tennis courts, excursion planning and much more. Special amenities
in the rooms include a pillow menu. In addition guests here can
enjoy the private adult-only swimming pool. The Family Concierge
Suites are Luxury suites with added benefits for families, and
feature a separate living area with sofa bed, children's mini
bathrobes and slippers, children's amenities kit in the bathrooms,
children's towels, children's pillows, a PlayStation (on request)
and a daily stocked minibar including children's drinks. A
turn-down service with milk and cookies is also provided. All
accommodation comes with an en suite bathroom, as well as a direct
dial telephone, a satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a minibar and
tea/coffee maker. Either a king-size or a double bed, individually
adjustable air conditioning and a safe also come as standard, as
well as either a balcony or a terrace.
Restaurant & Food
All-inclusive stays are available at this hotel. The buffet
restaurant Mitra serves international cuisine and is open for
breakfast and dinner. Restaurant Spices provides guests with an
ample selection of Asian fusion cuisine, while Restaurant Faisanela
serves up mouth-watering Northern Italian fare. Prime cuts can be
enjoyed at The Steak House and the Restaurant & Bar Hoyo 19 offers
guests American favourites. Restaurant Caracola puts on lavish
poolside buffets and Spirula Snack Shack is on hand for a lighter
lunch. At the end of the day guests can relax in the pub and the
Casino and Sports bar bubbles till dawn.
Activities & Sport
There is a spectacular outdoor swimming pool for adults and
children with two Jacuzzis, set in 1800 m² of gardens and is
complete with the Triton swim-up bar. Aqua aerobics classes are
held regularly in the pool and a highly trained recreation and
sports team is on hand to provide entertainment for guests of all
ages. The kids' club is designed for infants up to 4 and children
age 5 to 12 years old, supervised by professionals in a fun-filled
friendly environment featuring 2 playgrounds, a mini climbing wall,
a kids disco, table games, movies, an entertainment team, a
children's menu, kid-size nap areas and facilities. Among the water
sports on offer count windsurfing, sailing, scuba diving, scuba
diving excursions, water skiing, fishing, deep-sea fishing and
water bikes. There is also an 18-hole golf course with par 72 close
