Citilink is a low cost airline headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. It was established in 2001 as a low cost subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia, set up to operate shuttle services between Indonesian cities. Since July 30, 2012 Citilink has officially operated as a separate business entity from Garuda Indonesia, with a new callsign, logo, and uniform.

Citilink Baggage Allowance

Citilink provides complimentary Baggage allowance of 15kg free (for Domestic Flight) and 20Kg free (for International Flight), and maximum 7 kg for cabin luggage

Additional baggage (exceeds 15/20 kg) will be charged IDR 15.000 per-kg.

Citilink Check In

No later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of your flight, check in must be completed. After this time, no passengers will be admitted
For boarding, no later than 20 minutes before the scheduled time, no passengers will be admitted into the cabin

Citilink Change and Refund

Cancellation and refund are not available.
Changes are available but the seat is subject to availability on the new flight. Changing name and route are enabled with additional charge Rp.200.000 per ticket plus an additional charge for the difference between the original and new ticket price, if applicable.
