The hotel captures the charm and natural beauty of the magnificent Scottish countryside. With the sea lapping the garden wall a few metres from the house, guests can enjoy the breathtaking views of Ben Wyvis and the Black Isle and relax in an atmosphere of timelessness and tranquillity. The hotel has a total of 16 guest bedrooms of which 4 are premium suites and 3 are superior rooms. Each guest bedroom is individually decorated and has its own unique character and sense of style. In addition to a lobby area with a 24-hour reception service, facilities available to guests at this air-conditioned rural house include a restaurant and WLAN Internet access.

In each room guests will find a TV, direct dial telephone, fridge and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. All rooms have central heating and some have gas fires in addition. Man-made fibre duvets and pillows are standard but feather varieties are available on request, as are an ironing board and iron. Further in-room amenities include Internet access and centrally regulated air conditioning units.

The wood-panelled restaurant has fabulous views over the Beauly Firth to the mountains beyond and when dining at the restaurant, guests will often see the most magnificent sunsets to rival any other place in the world. Breakfast is served each morning and dinner may be taken à la carte.

Guests may enjoy a relaxing soak in the hotel hot tub.

Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is before 11 am.

As you approach Inverness on the A9, first follow the signs for the A82 Fort William (last roundabout before the Kessock bridge), then pick up signs for the A862 Beauly/Dingwall road. It is approximately 2.5 km down this road on the right-hand side.
