Built in 1890, this Victorian hotel has 120 bedrooms on five floors and offers guests a quiet and peaceful atmosphere in comfortable surroundings. The hotel retains many original features, such as stained-glass windows, wooden panelling and a wonderful carved staircase. The Denburn Restaurant and Montrose Bar are furnished and decorated in a traditional style and offer imaginative menus, with local produce from the countryside around the city used in many dishes. The hotel also offers a range of conference rooms suitable for 2 to 200 delegates. Guests are welcomed into a reception hall with 24-hour check-in and check-out service. In the evening the elegant Denburn Restaurant serves both à la carte and table d'hote meals. Breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner are available on room service as well.

There is an airport-link bus (number 27), which leaves at thirty minute intervals from a stop outside the hotel. Guests travelling by car from the south should follow the A90 Dundee - Aberdeen road.
