This Grade II listed hotel is one of the best bed and breakfast establishments in all of Brighton. Offering a total of 55 rooms, the hotel also features a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe and lift access. Guests may enjoy their morning meal in the breakfast room, and the conference facilities and Internet access may be of use to business guests. Payments with cash require a deposit of £50, which will be returned on the day of departure. Limited parking is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis (fees apply). The hotel is non-smoking throughout.

By car: from London or the M25, take the M23/A23 all the way to Brighton and follow the signs for the seafront. On reaching the Brighton Pier roundabout, take the 3rd exit and drive west with the seafront on the left-hand side of the main seafront road, the A259 named Kings Road. The hotel is located on the right, just after West Pier and opposite the bandstand.
