The restaurant is the famous Meze Grill managed my Chef Gordon Ramsey. Since opening in 2005, Gordon Ramsay?s maze has catapulted to culinary fame with an abundance of awards, including a Michelin star. Under the direction of Executive Chef, Jason Atherton, the modern tapas-style menu of French cuisine with an Asian influence satisfies the most discerning palate; while the stunning interior by David Rockwell satisfies the eye. Take a front-row seat at the Chef?s Table and experience the theatre MAZE of a Michelin-starred kitchen in action. The uncomplicated menu of meats and fish seared to perfection over hot coals provides the perfect contrast to maze. We recommend a seat at the Butcher?s Block, an exclusive table for twelve overlooking the drama of the open kitchen.

Guests may participate in the aerobics sessions.
