This hotel is located directly by the City of Arts and Sciences, a modern museum concept which consists of several attractive buildings. The hotel lies right opposite a large shopping centre with cinemas, a bowling alley, restaurants and shops as well as Valencia harbour. The nearest public transport can be found about 50 m away, and from here it is about 2 km to the city centre (5 minutes). The town beach is about 1.5 km from the hotel, while Valencia Airport lies approximately 15 km outside the city centre.

Opened in 2006, the air-conditioned city hotel comprises a total of 184 rooms spread over 21 floors. Facilities include an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange counter and a lift in addition to a cosy bistro-café as well as a breakfast room. Business guests are able to make use of several conference rooms and room and laundry services are available to all. A car park and garage parking are on offer to those arriving by car.
