The hotel is located directly in the centre of Gijon, in the pedestrian zone of Calle Corrida, which is the main shopping and financial area of the city, a stone's throw from Plaza Mayor and the marina. The most important places of interest, including San Lorenzo Beach, the town hall, Talasoponiente Spa, the aquarium, the Old Town and the Roman thermal baths, are all nearby. There are also excellent restaurants and leisure options on the door step. Asturias Airport is about 45 km from the hotel.

This family-friendly hotel was built in 2009 and consists of a total of 38 modern and cosy rooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. The air-conditioned hotel has its own garage available as well as a nice café bar and WLAN Internet access throughout the entire building. Further facilities include a hotel safe, lift access and laundry service.
