The hotel is located in Los Baños Zújar, a hot springs area in the Altiplano region of Granada, between Jabalcón Hill and Lake Negratín. The town centre of Zújar is around 7 km away. The national parks of Sierra Baza and Sierra Castril are roughly 20 and 45 km away respectively. Federico García Lorca Granada-Jaén Airport is around 100 km away and Málaga Airport is around 165 away.

The 19-room complex is designed like an Andalusian hacienda, with units around a large central courtyard. The guiding spirit of the hotel is focused on rest and leisure, getting to know the scenic and historical heritage of the peoples of the Altiplano de Granada, and participation in cultural activities, all elements that contribute to enhancing the quality of the stay enjoyed by guests. Facilities at this air-conditioned hotel include a lobby, lift access, a café, bar and a restaurant. Conference facilities, WLAN Internet access and a car park are also available. There is a library in the quieter area of the hotel with panoramic views.
