Established in 2007, this sophisticated urban residence project and
is set in 2.5 hectares of sprawling landscaped grounds lined with
soothing water features and Zen koi ponds. The air-conditioned
residences offer 206 beautifully appointed apartments which range
from compact 1-bedroom suites to stunning 4,000 sq ft penthouses.
Facilities on offer to guests include a dining room and a
boardroom, which comes equipped with a hotel-style kitchen and two
opulent dining rooms, as well as a wine cellar where guests can
store their vintage collection. Other services include
complimentary wireless Internet access, a reception desk and lobby,
lift access, a 24-hour security and technical support team, a daily
housekeeping service (except on Sundays and public holidays) and
complimentary parking facilities. Guests may also take advantage of
the laundry service and the younger guests will enjoy the
children's playground.
Rooms
The accommodation all features interiors by world-renowned interior
designers KKS International. Each apartment is fully
air-conditioned and features a fully equipped kitchen with a
cooker, a microwave and a fridge. Other facilities include a
washing area equipped with a washer, a dryer and an iron and
ironing board. There is a living area with a lounge sofa, a coffee
table, cable TV and a DVD player, as well as a dining area. Each of
the 3-bedroom suites features a carpeted master bedroom with a
king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, an electronic safe and an en
suite marble bathroom fitted with a full-size long bathtub and a
separate standing shower cubicle. The other rooms have one
queen-size bed and two single beds respectively, with a common
bathroom with shower. Furthermore, a hairdryer, a direct dial
telephone, a stereo system, Internet access, tea and coffee making
facilities and a safe are provided in all accommodation as
standard.
Restaurant & Food
There are no restaurants available on site. However there is a
function room - The Chef's Table - which is equipped with a
hotel-style kitchen and 2 dining rooms suitable for hosting private
dining parties (for an additional fee).
Activities & Sport
The resort-style facilities at the residences include 4 swimming
pools: a 60-m lap pool with a hot tub, a fun pool with arching
jets, water curtain and aqueduct and a kids' paddling pool with
synchronised arching water jets and a bubble pool. Surrounding the
pools is a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Other
facilities include an outdoor lounge hot tub, a sauna, a steam
bath, Furo bath facilities, and a state-of-the-art gym. Guests may
also enjoy 2 tennis courts and one tennis with recreational
basketball court, a children's playground, an outdoor giant chess
set and a spa offering spa and massage treatments. Furthermore,
there is a designated clubhouse area with lounge, reading corner,
function/games room, billiard room and karaoke rooms.
