The hotel is around a 2-minute walk from Little India MRT Station. Located within some 10 minutes' walk, guests will find a number of shopping attractions such as Tekka Mall & Market, Little India Arcade, Sim Lim Square (IT Mall), and Bugis Village and local places of worship such as the Goddess of Mercy Temple and Sri Krishnan Temple are also within a 10-minute walk. Approximately 10 minutes' drive away lie the famous shopping street Orchard Road, Fort Canning Park, the Singapore Art Museum, Suntec City Mall, St Andrew's Cathedral and the Esplanade Theaters by the Bay. In addition, it is about a 25-minute drive to Changi International Airport.

Offering an affordable accommodation, Fragrance Hotel - Selegie boasts the rooftop swimming pool as the first of its kind among all hotels in this chain. A recommended hotel for budget travelers but the small room size could be a concern for the western market. The modern building was built in 2005 and stands out among the old buildings on the same row. Guests are welcomed in the small and bright lobby, the glass frontage brings in lots of daylight. The small reception is facing the entrance, and there is a small sitting area on one side, a small tour desk on the other side and a small computer room further where guest could purchase tokens to surf the net. To ensure guests' satisfaction, the hotel is furnished with public internet, airport transfer, car park, room and laundry service.

Rooms

Guests are offered 71 Superior air-conditioned rooms with 1 double bed, and 32 twin rooms with 2 single beds, and all feature basic amenities such as an LCD TV, a telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning and complimentary beverages and snacks.
