This waterfront beach hotel is 200 m from Condado Beach and is set in the centre of the Condado District. Guests will find restaurants, bars and pubs in the immediate vicinity, as well as links to the public transportation network and shops. It lies 4 km from the cruise ship piers, and attractions in the surrounding area include Old San Juan, (around 2.8 km), Isla Verde Beach (15 minutes' drive), the El Yunque Rainforest (45 minutes by car), Luquillo Beach (an hour's drive) and the Camuy Caves (2 hours' drive).

The brightly coloured lobby has a seating area with potted plants and woven baskets. A spiral staircase leads to meeting rooms on the 2nd floor. Guests are mainly cruise passengers and adults seeking a tranquil base for exploring the Condado district. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a café, a bar and a restaurant. Guests have at their disposal conference facilities and Internet access and there is garage parking available for those arriving by car.

Keep left at the fork to continue toward Pr- 26 and merge onto Pr- 26. Exit onto Ave Juan Ponce De León/Pr- 25. Turn right at Ave Dr Ashford/Puente Dos Hermanos. Continue to follow Ave Dr Ashford. The hotel will be on the left.
