Exterior: The hotel is a modern, light grey coloured, 10-storey building which is set atop a 3-level department store.
Lobby: The lobby is medium in size, modern with low ceiling and stylish furnished. The lobby is very open and connected with the hotel's restaurant and bar.

Rooms

Standard rooms are all smoking rooms located on 6th floor with 21 sqm in double bed rooms and 31 sqm. in twin bed rooms. The rooms and bathrooms are medium in size and in good condition. The rooms are bright, tastefully furnished and equipped with the modern facilities. Handicap-friendly rooms are also available.

Restaurant & Food

The hotel has one restaurant serving a good selection of local and continental cuisine. The restaurant located on lobby level is large and very open with many windows, which gives a good view of the historic Fuente Osmena Park as well Cebu City. There is also a bar for drinks and snacks with soft entertainment, located on lobby level.
