The hotel is located in Ruwi, the commercial and banking area of Muscat. Shopping areas are within walking distance. Seeb International Airport is about a 20 minutes drive from the hotel. 25 kms to the nearest airport (seeb) 25 km to the nearest fair site (seeb) 15 km to the nearest beach

Other facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and squash courts. This is a very good value, pleasant hotel with excellent links to all of Muscat.
Exterior: The traditional grey building is next to one of the main roads through the commercial and banking area of the city. There is a driveway (slope) leading up to the lobby which is on the first floor. The building is a typical Muscat style building.
Lobby: The lobby is medium sized, with a coffee shop to the left and the reception right after the entrance.There is a number of seats located around the lobby for relaxing.

Rooms

The hotel features well-furnished spacious single and double rooms, including 9 studio apartments and 3 duplex suites. The rooms feature direct dial telephone, satellite TV with Asian and Arabic satellite transmission, radio, minibar and 24-hour room service. Rooms contain individually regulated air conditioning units.

Restaurant & Food

Al Fakhr restaurant serves a wide variety of beverages and Arabic cuisine, and features live entertainment by an Arabic band. The café is open 24 hours and serves Indian, continental and oriental cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Themed nights are also a regular occurrence at the café and feature live entertainment.

From the airport, take a left at the airport roundabout, then take the straight road and drive over seven roundabouts/flyovers. The hotel is located just on the left of the eighth roundabout.
