The hotel is located at the entrance to the Golden Zone at the Gaviotas beach front, just 2 minutes from the Malecon boardwalk. It is surrounded by boutiques, craft shops, restaurants, bars and discos. The historic centre is some 15 minute's drive away, the market and cathedral are around 10 minutes' drive away and Faro is some 15 minute' drive. The central bus station is around 5 minutes' drive away.

The hotel offers 131 spacious guest rooms, a café, restaurant, bar and lobby. There is also a 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, cloakroom and lift access to the rooms. The hotel has bilingual staff and offers space and security for events and conferences or meetings for up to 100 persons.
