This air-conditioned beach resort was renovated in 2012 and comprises a total of 50 villas, including 36 land villas and 14 water villas, all luxuriously designed and furnished. This ecologically certified resort is a serene and secluded retreat with discreet personalised service, contemporary design and unparalleled diving opportunities. In addition to a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, facilities on offer to guests include hotel safes and currency exchange facilities. Guests can enjoy a drink at the bar and dine at one of the 2 restaurants. The resort also offers private dining experiences on the beach, in their villa, in one of the private dining rooms or rooftop terrace, or at the end of the jetty. Guests will appreciate the Internet access and they can also take advantage of the room and laundry services.

All the villas are constructed with native timber and feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows which add a touch of undisputed luxury and simple elegance. Minimalist style and an earthy warm palette are key features of all the villas' spacious interiors. The Park Villas feature one master bed, an indoor bathroom as well as an intimate outdoor bathroom garden area with terrazzo bathtub, a hairdryer, a rain shower and private beach access. The villas are equipped with a direct dial telephone, a large 37-inch LCD TV, a DVD and CD player, a personal home entertainment system, complimentary wireless Internet access and an mp3 docking station. This resort serves an international à la carte breakfast daily in the dining room and the midday and evening meals may be enjoyed at both restaurants à la carte. The Dining Room serves an array of international cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while Battuta's is open only for dinner. Special honeymoon and wedding menus are also available.

Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in one of the 2 pools (including a heated pool) and relax at the poolside snack bar/beach bar or on the sun terrace with its sun loungers and parasols. The resort offers a unique Maldivian-inspired spa, The Vidhun Spa. This exclusive spa retreat, has 5 dedicated couples treatment villas and offers an extensive menu of massages, skin care and beauty treatments. Within the spa, there is also a gym and yoga pavilion with private and scheduled yoga classes. The PADI 5-Star dive centre offers dive programmes for all ages and experience levels and the activity centre offers tailor-made cultural excursions. Kayaking and snorkelling equipment are free for guests but all other activities and spa treatments are available for an additional fee. Guests can also unwind in the unique living area. Moreover, sun loungers and parasols are available for guests' use on the nearby sandy beach.

Check-out is at 12 pm and the guest services office is open 24 hours a day. No pets are allowed at the resort.

Guests can take a short 45-minute domestic flight from Malé International Airport to Kooddoo, followed by an enjoyable 20-minute speedboat ride to reach the resort. Additionally the Atoll provides a second domestic airport which is a 55-minute flight from Malé International Airport to Kaadhedhoo Airport, followed by a 50-minute speedboat ride to the resort.
