At the heart of a tropical garden planted with lotus, a vast host
house surrounded by large verandas and around it, five white
pavilions covered by red tiles. More than a hotel, the residence is
an invitation to walk in the steps of the French explorers who
played a fundamental role in the development of Luang Prabang; the
ancient architecture, the precious wood furniture, the linen and
the vintage gravures serve as a reminder of the early explorers at
the end of the nineteen's century. All the 24 suites offer a wooden
bed draped with cozy netting and elegant exotic furniture. A lounge
corner equipped with a divan and writing bureau. The ceilings are
made from wooden beam and willow. The bar located on the main
residence has a French bistro feel, with a marble fireplace warms
up the space in the cold season. The restaurant offers an inventive
cuisine of occidental and oriental flavours. There is also a large
infinity pool surrounding with garden for relaxing. The hotel
perfectly blends into the city and reflects the colonial dream.
