This establishment comprises 96 modern apartments, which range in type and size and are suitable for between 2 and 5 people. Fully air-conditioned, the apartment hotel welcomes its guests into a lobby and includes services like 24-hour check-out, lift access, a hairdressing salon, a bank, a bar/general store, a restaurant and a parking garage (fees may apply).

Each of the apartments comes with a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and microwave (on the ground floor), a bedroom (on the first floor) and a bathroom with a washbasin and a bathtub or shower and WC. Facilities include a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, safe, washing machine, air conditioning and heating and double/king-size beds. The apartments come with balconies or terraces if they are on the ground floor.

For short stays (between 1 and 3 nights) daily housekeeping is included in the room rate. For long stays housekeeping takes place every 7th day. There is a deposit per apartment (payable by cash, cheque or credit card) that has to be paid upon arrival and is refundable at the end of the stay.

By bus: From Piazza di Cinquecento take bus line number 714 (Termini/Palazetto dello Sport). Get off at Palazzo dei Congressi and walk for 550 metres. By metro: Take line B (direction Laurentina) and get off after 10 stops at Eur Fermi. Then walk for 750 metres. From the Leonardo da Vinci/ Fiumicino Airport: Take the Leonardo airport train in the direction of Termini metro station. The FM1 train operates all week, every 30 minutes. From there guests can either take metro B (Laurentina direction and get off after 10 stops at Eur Fermi), the bus 714 or a taxi. From Ciampino Airport: Take the bus to the metro station Anagnina. Once at Anagnina, take metro line A (direction Battistini) and get off at Termini station. From there take metro B (Laurentina direction) and get off after 10 stops at Eur Fermi, the bus 714 or a taxi.
