Situated in the south of Bali, on Ungasan Hill, Karma Kandara offers a dramatic coastline and spectacular views of the crystal blue oceans around the hill. Adjacent to the villa complex is a traditional Balinese temple that is spiritually connected to a highly auspicious cave temple located at the cliff base. The private beach at the foot of the cliff is easily accessible. It is some 24 km from Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Featuring a blend of Balinese traditional style and contemporary style, Karma Kandara has created a highly select portfolio of public amenities, each with its own unique character. Every villa boasts top of the line amenities including the latest audiovisual systems and SMEG appliances in the spacious fully equipped kitchens.
