The resort is located in the West Bali National Park, which is about a 3.5-hour drive from Denpasar and Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport. It's around a 1.5 hours drive by car from Singaraja on the north coast of Bali. The resort is nestled on a protective peninsula, about a 20-minute boat ride from the main public area. It is located amidst the lush tropical jungle and enjoys spectacular views of the clear blue ocean of the Java Sea.

With rustic rooms surrounded by nature and wildlife, Waka Shorea is the only resort located in the West Bali National Park. The resort features a total of 14 rooms set in artistic Balinese architecture combined with contemporary modern design. Surrounded by an unspoiled white sandy beach on one side and the tropical jungle on the other this beachfront property offers excellent snorkeling and diving spots nearby or jungle trekking. It offers a secluded and tranquil atmosphere blended with the serene beauty of the unspoiled Menjangan Island. Other features offered at the resort include 24-hour reception, a hotel-safe, a restaurant, as well as room service and laundry services (both subject to fees). Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.

Rooms

The rooms are decorated in harmony with their natural surroundings, using the very textures and colors of nature itself. All rooms have individually adjustable air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, as well as a king-size bed, minibar, indoor en suite bathroom with shower and a private balcony offering ocean views.
