This group of finca-styled villas is located not far from Seminyak, in a green and quiet area surround by rice paddies and several other private villas. Petitenget Beach about a 10 minute walk away, and it is a 5 minute walk away from the restaurant and club districts of Seminyak or Seminyak Square shopping centre. The famous Ku De Ta Restaurant is just a 5 minute drive from the villa. The nearby Canggu Club sports centre is a supporting partner of the villa complex. Ngurah Rai International Airport is just 20 minutes drive from the property.

Ziva: A Boutique Villa is comprised of six one bedroom villas and one large three bedroom villa. Each villa features a swimming pool to help cool you off, under the hot Bali sun. With a tropical garden encircling each villa and an open style living space, each villa offers adequate space, either it be for a romantic honeymoon or a large family gathering. Situated in between the rice paddies near Beraban Street, itâ€™s a great getaway to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life.
This 5-star property incorporates a modern and minimalistic concept which is used in the exterior as well as interior of every villa. The use of large clear glass windows and the colors used along with the furniture used, envisions a seamless intimacy between nature and water.

Amenities

The amenities that can be found in each villa include a private bathroom with shower and bath, hairdryer and toiletries, double or king-size beds, a direct dial telephone, cable TV, free wireless Internet access and a safe. The kitchenette includes a minibar/fridge, stove, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and ironing set. Individually regulated air conditioning is provided in each villa, and each villa also features a balcony or terrace.

Restaurant & Food

Breakfast is served every morning and made by an in-house chef and served by a butler service directly in your villa. The fresh food is prepared and cooked directly in front of guests and served by the butler service. Food is also served daily through room service and starts from 7 AM until Midnight.
