Bale Sutra as an authentic
reconstruction of 1701 Kang Xi period temple and caters Chinese and
Indonesian cuisines. For the authentic traditional cuisines, there
is the Majapahit era-Waroeng Tugu, which serves the best Javanese
and Balinese food in the island.
