The hotel is quietly situated on the edge of the city of Osnabrück in the immediate vicinity of the A30 motorway. Guests can reach the event venues and sights of the city easily by car or public transport. The bus stops on the hotel's doorstep and the main railway station is around 4 km away. Münster Osnabrück International Airport is located at a distance of approximately 30 km from the hotel.

The hotel offers 96 comfortable rooms as well as 6 modern conference rooms with meeting facilities.
