This 3-floor residence offers studio-type accommodation. It has 75 accommodation units in total. Amenities include a lobby, lift access, terrace, play area, games room and Internet access (for a fee). A car park is provided for guests arriving by car (parking fees apply).

Each apartment comes with a bathroom with bath/shower, as well as a small kitchen area with 2 hotplates, refrigerator, mini oven, dishwasher and electric coffeemaker. A TV and a balcony with garden furniture are also provided.

The games room offers table tennis (equipment hire for an additional fee) and darts. Golf du Touquet, located 5 km away, offers two 18-hole courses, one 9-hole course, a 30-bay driving range, a putting green and a pitching green.

A deposit for each apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure, after inventory. Usually, check-in is on Saturday from 5 pm and check-out is by 10 am. In the case of short stays, check-in is from 11 am and check-out is by 6 pm. Reception has the following opening hours: Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to midday and from 4 to 7 pm, Saturday from 8 am to midday and from 2 to 8 pm and Friday from 9 am to midday and from 4 to 8 pm. Guests planning to arrive outside of these opening hours should inform reception in advance.
