Built in 2003 in minimalist style and affording an elegant design,
this city conference hotel consists of a 3-storey main building and
a 1-storey neighbouring building with a total of 77 rooms, of which
two are wheelchair accessible. The hotel's facilities include a
lobby with a 24-hour reception with a safe, a currency exchange
desk, a lift, a kiosk, a café and a bar. In addition, it offers a
restaurant, conference facilities with high-tech equipment for up
to 100 persons and wireless Internet access. Furthermore, guests
have the opportunity to take advantage of the room and laundry
services (with charge), and there is also medical assistance. Those
arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park.
Rooms
The spacious and bright rooms are air-conditioned and come equipped
with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer (available on request from
reception), a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, free
Internet access and a flat-screen computer. They are also all
fitted with a double or king-size bed, a digital mini-safe,
tea/coffee maker and central heating as standard. Individual air
conditioning is also offered. The hotel offers 13 Zen-themed rooms
with relaxing decorations, Jacuzzi, salt crystal lamps, hairdryer,
bathrobe and slippers as well as further furnishings.
Restaurant & Food
A warm English-American breakfast or a cold Scandinavian buffet are
available to guests each morning. At lunchtime and in the evenings,
guests may select dishes from an à la carte menu. In the U café/bar
close to the lobby, guests are served warm and cold international
dishes.

The hotel features a sauna and various professional massage
treatments. In addition, the hotel offers Tricky Ants Estonian
folklore restaurant, where evening meals as well as folklore shows
take place. In the summer, the restaurant is open on Friday and
Saturday evenings, in the winter it is open for groups on request.
