Airport Connections: The hotel is 35 minutes from Shanghai Hongqiao
Airport and 50 minutes from Pudong International Airport. Taxi and
city shuttle buses can be found on the ground floor of the domestic
and international arrival halls. Taxis are generally metered, while
there is a set fare from Pudong International Airport. The Maglev
high speed train from Pudong International Airport to Longyang road
metro station takes eight minutes. The train operates from 7 am to
9 pm daily. One way economy fare costs RMB 50 (approx. USD 7),
while VIP section costs RMB 100 (approx. USD 13). Taxis in Shanghai
are an effective way to get around the city, although they are
often most easily attained at a hotel taxi area. Taxis are metered,
with fares starting from RMB 11 (USD 1.5). Taxis are available at
the hotel or at designated taxi queues found across the city.
