The 28-storey hotel, built in 2008, offers 287 guest rooms and ten
meeting rooms equipped with the latest audiovisual facilities. The
meeting rooms are suitable for various meeting groups, ranging from
10 persons in boardroom style to 250 persons in theatre style. A
team of professionally trained staff attend to the needs of
meetings, catering, theme parties and conferences and will ensure
the success of every event. The hotel is air-conditioned and the
lobby offers 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe,
currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. Other facilities
include a hairdressing salon, games room, café and
restaurants. Room service, laundry service and a car park are also

Rooms
Standard rooms have a size of 35 m². All rooms have
complete facilities; there are deluxe flat lets for administration,
a non-smoking floor, and rooms for the handicapped. Rooms are
air-conditioned and feature an en suite shower or bath, double
beds, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a
safe and minibar. Additional features include a hairdryer, tea and
coffee making facilities and ironing set.
Restaurant & Food
The Songhelou Suzhou Restaurant, with a great reputation and over
200 years of history, serves mouth watering Suzhou dishes. The
Tulip Café is an authentic international restaurant
serving Western and Asian cuisine, while the Moxiangyuan tea bar
and the Banquet Hall offer a wide selection of food and drinks,
whether guests are looking for a casual snack or a full dinner.
Breakfast is offered as a buffet or continental breakfast, lunch
and dinner are offered as buffets, set menus or à la
carte. The hotel also offers all-inclusive packages.
